Consent Term for the Processing of Personal Data Registered in the Résumé Database – Selection Process
Pursuant to the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) – Law No. 13,709/18, with the purpose of protecting and ensuring the exercise of the rights to privacy, intimacy, freedom and free consent, this term aims to record the CONSENT of the Personal Data Subject (CANDIDATE), so that such data may be processed for the purpose of receiving curriculum information, evaluating and selecting it for a possible selection and recruitment process for admission and entry as an employee of OLIVEIRA MARQUES BENFICA ADVOCACIA.
OLIVEIRA MARQUES BENFICA ADVOCACIA maintains information security programs, with privacy policies aimed at protecting personal data from improper processing and from accidental or unlawful occurrences.
OLIVEIRA MARQUES BENFICA ADVOCACIA undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and from accidental or unlawful situations, loss, alteration or any form of inadequate or unlawful processing.
OLIVEIRA MARQUES BENFICA ADVOCACIA will keep the curriculum data of the Data Subject (CANDIDATE) in its databases for 36 months (3 years). After the period of 36 months (3 years) from the signing of this term, if the Personal Data Subject (CANDIDATE) is not hired, or if this consent term is revoked, OLIVEIRA MARQUES BENFICA ADVOCACIA will terminate the processing of the personal data covered by this consent, subject to the hypotheses in which OLIVEIRA MARQUES BENFICA ADVOCACIA must keep them in its databases due to a legal or regulatory obligation.
If the Data Subject (CANDIDATE) is hired by OLIVEIRA MARQUES BENFICA ADVOCACIA, their personal data will be kept in the databases.
Accordingly, the Data Subject (CANDIDATE), upon registering on the web platform – form, EXPRESSLY CONSENTS that their personal data be processed by OLIVEIRA MARQUES BENFICA ADVOCACIA, for the purpose of carrying out actions involving the various operations necessary for the Recruitment and Selection process, including sharing personal data with third parties, with a view to possible admission to the staff of OLIVEIRA MARQUES BENFICA ADVOCACIA.
OLIVEIRA MARQUES BENFICA ADVOCACIA uses a third-party web platform contracted for managing the talent pool/résumé database, and therefore, in addition to the terms above, the candidate must understand and accept its conditions. Such policy is available at (https://solides.com.br/). The link is also available on the web page at the time of registering the résumé in the talent pool/résumé database (https://ombadvocacia.solides.jobs/).
The Data Subject (CANDIDATE) declares to have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions set forth in this instrument.
